This website is operated by Cleaning Pro Solutions. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website itself and the enquiry process. The terms that apply to cleaning work we carry out for you are agreed separately — see section 6.

You may use this website to find information about our services and to contact us. Please do not use it to send unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading content, to submit forms on someone else’s behalf without their knowledge, or to attempt to interfere with the site or the systems behind it.

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or remove content without notice.

Submitting the quote form is a request, not an agreement. It places no obligation on you and does not commit us to carrying out work.

Any figure we give you is based on the information you have provided. If the property turns out to be materially different from what was described — significantly larger, or in a condition that needs considerably more time — we will tell you before starting and agree a revised figure with you rather than changing it afterwards.

No prices are published on this website. Every job is priced on the property and the work involved.

A booking made through the booking form is a request for a slot, not a confirmed appointment. It becomes an appointment once we have confirmed it with you.

If we cannot offer the date or time you have asked for, we will tell you and suggest an alternative. No payment is taken through this website.

If you need to move or cancel a booking, contact us as early as you can on 07494 211662.

The descriptions of our services set out what a job of that type normally involves. They are a guide rather than a fixed specification — the actual scope for your property is what we agree with you.

Photographs on this website illustrate the kind of spaces we work in. Where an image is an illustrative example rather than our own work, it is labelled as such on the page.

The content of this website, including text and layout, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

The commercial terms for cleaning work — pricing, payment, cancellation, access arrangements, and what happens if something is damaged — are agreed with you directly for each job or ongoing arrangement, and confirmed in writing before work begins.

We have deliberately not set out fixed terms of business here, because they would not be accurate for every job. If you would like our terms before committing to anything, ask us and we will send them.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to them falls to the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
