Not at all. Many customers are at work during their visit and make arrangements with us for access. Others prefer to be in. Either works — we will agree what suits you when the booking is confirmed.

Can I have the same cleaner each time?

Continuity is part of what makes regular cleaning work well, so we aim to keep the same arrangement in place for your property. If a change is ever needed we will tell you in advance.

What about cleaning products and equipment?

Let us know your preference when you book. Some households would rather we used their own products — particularly where there are allergies, delicate surfaces or pets — and that is no problem at all.

Can I skip a week or change the day?

Yes. Get in touch by phone or WhatsApp and we will move things around. The more notice you can give us, the easier it is to fit you back in where you would like.

That is what regular domestic cleaning is for. We agree the rooms and tasks that matter to you at the start, work to the same list on every visit, and adjust it whenever your needs change — a new baby, a home office, a family member moving back in.

Weekly, fortnightly and monthly visits are all available, as are one-off cleans if you would rather try the service before committing to anything ongoing.
