What it is
Not every cleaning job needs to be the start of something regular. Sometimes you need the house right for visitors on Saturday, or the flat sorted before a landlord inspection, or a hand after a difficult few weeks.
A one-off clean is exactly that. We agree what needs doing and how long it will take, come once, and leave you to get on with it. If you decide afterwards that you would like something regular, that is easy to arrange — but there is no expectation either way.
It is also the simplest way to try the service before committing to a weekly or fortnightly arrangement.

A single visit usually takes longer than a maintenance clean of the same property, because more has built up since the last one. We will quote for the time the job actually needs and confirm it with you first.
Sometimes, depending on the week. Phone or WhatsApp is the quickest way to find out what is free — we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot do.
No. A one-off clean is a single visit with nothing attached. If you would like something regular afterwards, just say so.
We will tell you before we start rather than after we finish, and agree what to prioritise. If you would rather extend the visit to cover everything, we will quote for that instead.
