The district has an unusually wide spread of property. Substantial Victorian and Edwardian villas around Sandal and St Johns sit alongside dense terraced streets in Lupset and Eastmoor, and then large modern estates at Durkar, Crigglestone and Outwood. A regular clean in a four-storey villa and one in a two-bedroom new-build are very different jobs, and we price and plan them accordingly.
We also take on a steady amount of end-of-tenancy work here, particularly around the city centre and the roads near the college and the hospital where rental turnover is highest.
