Two things make Sheffield distinctive. The first is the sheer volume of Victorian terraced housing, much of it converted to flats or let as shared houses, which generates a great deal of end-of-tenancy work concentrated around the summer. The second is the topography: a lot of properties involve steep approaches and several flights of internal stairs, which is worth mentioning when you enquire so we can plan the visit realistically.

On the commercial side we clean offices, studios and small premises around the city centre and the Kelham Island and Neepsend area, where a lot of former industrial buildings have been converted into workspace.
