What it is
End-of-tenancy cleaning is judged against a checklist by someone who is looking for problems. That makes it a different job again from a deep clean: the same thoroughness, but organised around what an inspection actually looks at.
We clean the property empty wherever possible, which is when the job can be done properly — inside every cupboard, behind every appliance, into every corner that furniture normally hides.
We work with tenants who want their deposit back, landlords preparing to re-let, and letting agents who need a property turned around quickly between tenancies.

Ideally yes. An empty property lets us clean inside and behind everything, which is exactly what an inventory check looks at. If some furniture has to stay, tell us at the quote stage and we will plan around it.
Carpets are vacuumed thoroughly as standard. If your tenancy agreement asks for carpets to be professionally treated, mention it when you request a quote so we can confirm what is needed for that property.
As much as you can give us — end-of-tenancy dates cluster around month ends, which is the busiest time. Get in touch as soon as you have your handover date and we will do our best to fit you in.
Yes. Some tenants prefer the clean done a day or two before the final inspection while the property is empty. Let us know the inspection date and we will work back from it.
