Cleaning Pro Solutions provides domestic and commercial cleaning services across Barnsley, Wakefield, Sheffield, Leeds and the surrounding areas. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this website.

We only collect information you choose to give us. There are three forms on this website and they ask for the following:

• Quote requests — your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, the property address and postcode, details about the property such as the number of bedrooms, the service and frequency you want, your preferred date and time, and any notes you add.
• Booking requests — the same contact and property details, plus the date, time and estimated duration you have asked for.
• Contact enquiries — your name, email address, optional phone number and postcode, the service you are interested in, and your message.

We do not ask for payment card details anywhere on this website, and we do not collect special category data.

We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange and carry out cleaning work, and issue invoices for work we have done.

Where you have asked us for a quote or a booking, our lawful basis is the performance of a contract, or taking steps at your request before entering into one. Where you have sent a general enquiry, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. Where we keep records for accounting purposes, our lawful basis is compliance with a legal obligation.

We do not use your details for marketing unless you have asked us to, and we do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our back office. They process data on our instructions only:

• Our website host, which serves this site and keeps standard server logs.
• Our database provider, which stores enquiry, booking, customer and invoice records.
• Our email provider, which delivers the confirmation emails and internal notifications generated by the forms on this site.

Beyond that, we share your information only where we are legally required to, or where you have asked us to.

We keep enquiry and quote records for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us.

Where we have carried out work and issued an invoice, we keep the records needed for accounting and tax purposes for as long as the law requires.

If you would like your details removed sooner, contact us and we will do so unless we are required to keep them.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it erased in certain circumstances, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask for it to be transferred to someone else.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.

This website does not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

The only cookie the site may set is a strictly necessary one used to keep an administrator signed in to the private admin area. It is not used for tracking and is not set for ordinary visitors.

If analytics are added in future, this section will be updated and consent will be requested before any non-essential cookie is set.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
